New Years Day

We celebrated New Years Day with Mom and Dad. We are praying for a healthy New Year for both of them. Dad's cancer tests have been positive and they have finally settled in a home they both can enjoy. NO MORE MOVING. I stopped counting at seven moving in and out.

Happy New Year's

Mike and I went to dinner and a movie on New Year's and when we got home we a celebration with the kids. Cade wasn't to thrilled with all the noise.

Matching P.J.'s

We had the entire family out to our house the day after Christmas for Pizza. Linda and family had got all the girls matching P.J.s and slippers so we put them on for some pictures together.

Christmas Day at Grandma and Grandpa Mackey's

We got up early Christmas morning to celebrate Christmas with Mike before he had to go to the feedlot. Mom and Dad joined us and the kids for Santa's christmas and then I took the kids to their house after and had breakfast. Later that day we went to Grandma and Grandpa Mackey's for Christmas Dinner. We had a wonderful day the kids had a great time.

Christmas Eve At Aunt Marcia's

We spent Christmas Eve at Marcia and Mike's house with the Mackey Family. Santa dropped by and each cousin age 9 month to 16 years got to sit on his lap. We had a great time. Mackinze was quite gun shy and she wasn't about to let go of her Grandma Mackey. As you can see Cade sat on Santa's lap the entire time tugging on his beard.

Christmas P.J.'s

I took the kids picture under the tree with their new P.J.'s

Halloween

I let the kids carve pumpkins. Mackinze could not get enough of it. She didn't mind the ooey mess. Colby on the other hand took some coaxing. He thought it was sooo gross.
Colby was Darth Vader Mackinze was a Fairy and Cade was a spider. Mike and I took the kids trick or treating and it was alot of fun. Mackinze put two and two together that trick or treat means I get candy.

Mr. Cade

My how he has grown. He is such a good baby. I said from the time I had in the hospital that he had a sweet disposition. He smiles all the time. He has been a pretty easy baby. It is so fun to see how each one is different. We think he will be the biggest. What a joy he has been and to think that he was such a surprise. Heavenly Father knew just what our family needed. He is a go-getter though. I have a feeling he is going to be on the run from the time he learns to walk.

September Birthdays

We celebrated Colby's fifth birthday and Mackinze's second birthday. How time flys. Colby started Pre-K and rides the bus to school in the morning. I cried the first day my little boy got on the bus. I realized it won't be long before our time at home together will be cut short when he goes to school all day next year. He asked me after the third day not to walk him to the bus because it made him sad. Colby wanted a water birthday, but due to the rain we had to move it indoors to the rec center. Mackinze had a pony party. They both are growing so fast and are so much fun. What a blessing they are to Mike and I
